Payments

User Charges for customers of the Pleasant Springs Sanitary District are invoiced on a quarterly basis at the beginning of January, April, July and October and are due on the 15th of the invoice month. Late fees on any outstanding balances due are assessed on a monthly basis. Outstanding balances due as of November 1st of each year are transferred to the property tax roll.

Automatic Payment and Electronic Invoicing

Autopay saves time and money! No need to pay for postage or worry about late fees. Our bank will automatically initiate an electronic funds transfer from your designated account on or after the due date for the exact amount of your invoice. You can also provide an email address if you wish to receive your invoices electronically. Autopay and electronic invoicing both reduce payment processing costs which helps to keep your rates lower.

We encourage all customers to sign up! Simply provide us with a completed automatic payment enrollment form at least 10 days before your next invoice is due. Click on the link below to display and print out the enrollment form. Verification of your account information is required, so don't forget to include a voided check or other account documentation.
